Your First Visit

At the first orthodontic consultation, we perform a thorough examination so that we can make the most accurate recommendations for the future of your smile. If we believe treatment is needed, we can perform all of the necessary diagnostic records in order to save time and allow treatment to begin as soon as possible.

These diagnostic records are important because they allow us to create the most ideal treatment plan to properly address your needs. These records will include dental and medical history, a clinical exam, digital impressions, digital photos, and X-rays. Orthodontic treatment is not one size fits all and Dr. Estes will use these records to create a unique treatment plan based on your goals and needs.

The cost of treatment varies and depends on the severity of your individual issue. Before treatment begins, we will discuss all fees you are responsible for, as well as payment options that are available. Dr. Estes is not willing to let finances stand in the way of treatment and we strive to create payment plans that fit into every budget. We accept most major insurances and will take care of filing the necessary paperwork. We want orthodontics to be affordable for everyone and will do our best to make sure treatment isn’t out of reach.

We work hard to keep our fees at a minimum, while also ensuring we maintain the very highest level of professional care. To that end, we offer:

For our patients using insurance to help cover the cost of treatment, we will help you determine the coverage that is available in your plan. You will assign your insurance benefit to us, and we will create an arrangement with you to cover your portion of the fees. Our financial coordinator will help in filing your claim and handling all insurance questions from our office.

Please contact our practice to schedule an appointment for an orthodontic evaluation. If needed, early treatment now will give your child a healthy, beautiful smile for the future.
